Move‑in / move‑out cleaning is a full deep clean of an unfurnished or partly furnished property

Typical tasks include:

Whole property:- Vacuuming and mopping all floors, Removing cobwebs and dust from walls, ceilings and corners. Wiping doors, doorframes, light switches and sockets, Cleaning interior windows and window sills where reachable.
Kitchen:- Cleaning inside and outside all cupboards and drawers (empty), Deep cleaning oven, hob, extractor and microwave, Cleaning inside fridge and freezer (defrosted in advance), Wiping tiles, worktops, sink and taps.
Bathroom & toilet:- Thorough limescale removal from tiles, taps and shower screens, Cleaning and disinfecting toilet, sink, bath and/or shower cabin, Polishing glass, mirrors and chrome, Cleaning ventilation covers where accessible.

Move‑out cleaning is a deep clean focused on an empty property and end‑of‑tenancy standards. A normal deep clean is usually done while you still live in the property and may not include inside all cupboards and appliances.
Duration depends on the size and condition of the property. Studios and 1‑bed apartments are typically done in a few hours; larger homes can take half a day or longer. We will estimate the time when you request a quote.
