We serve Airbnb and other short‑stay properties across Amsterdam, including Centrum, De Pijp, Jordaan, Oost, West and Noord. We can coordinate around your calendar, with flexible slots for same‑day turnovers where availability allows.

Service Overview

Our Airbnb cleaning follows a detailed checklist that focuses on both cleanliness and presentation. We adapt to your listing’s style and any host instructions you share, such as where to store linen or amenities.

Typical tasks include:

General clean: Dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors in all rooms, wiping reachable surfaces.
Kitchen: Wiping worktops and appliances exteriors, cleaning sink and taps, checking and emptying bins.
Bedrooms and living areas: Making beds with fresh linen you provide, straightening cushions and furniture.
Bathroom: Cleaning and disinfecting toilet, sink, shower/bath, polishing mirrors and glass.
Turnover touches: Collecting rubbish, checking for forgotten items, placing towels and amenities according to your instructions.

If a guest reports a cleanliness issue, contact us within 24 hours and we will help you investigate and correct the problem where it relates to our service. Our team is insured, respects your property and neighbours, and understands the importance of discretion with guest belongings.

Standard regular cleaning focuses on dusting, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. Laundry and ironing are not automatically included, but we can add them as an extra service if you request this when booking
In most cases, yes. We try to assign a fixed cleaner to your home so you see the same person for each visit and they learn your routine. If your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday, we will inform you and discuss whether to send a replacement or reschedule your appointment.
Regular cleaning is priced per hour with a minimum number of hours per visit; the exact rate depends on your home and chosen frequency. You can cancel or reschedule a visit free of charge up to a set number of hours before the appointment; later cancellations may be charged (please see our booking page for the current conditions).
