We service projects across Amsterdam and surrounding areas, coordinating with your contractor or project manager where needed. You can book us for a single detailed clean or in stages, for example after rough construction and again after final snagging.

Service Overview

Post‑construction cleaning is more detailed and labour‑intensive than a standard clean. Our team uses appropriate methods and equipment to remove dust and dirt from surfaces, fixtures and finishes.

Typical tasks include:

Dust removal: Thorough dusting of reachable surfaces, including skirting boards, window sills, radiators and accessible fixtures.
Floors: Vacuuming and mopping hard floors multiple times if needed, removing light construction dust and marks.
Kitchen and bathroom: Wiping and cleaning new cabinets, worktops, sanitary ware and tiles, removing labels and light residues where possible.
Windows and frames: Cleaning reachable interior glass and frames, removing dust and fingerprints.
Debris and bins: Bagging small leftover debris and dust, consolidating rubbish for disposal as agreed.
Because every building project is different, we recommend sharing details and, if possible, photos so we can propose the right scope and time estimate.

Quality Guarantee

We know that after construction, you want to see the results of your investment clearly. Our cleaners are trained to work carefully around new surfaces, fixtures and freshly painted areas. We follow post‑construction checklists and can coordinate with your contractor to access the property at the right stage.

If any agreed areas are not cleaned to your expectations, notify us within 24 hours and we will review and address them as soon as possible. Our team is insured and respects your property, ensuring that the final clean supports a successful handover or move‑in.

Standard regular cleaning focuses on dusting, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. Laundry and ironing are not automatically included, but we can add them as an extra service if you request this when booking
In most cases, yes. We try to assign a fixed cleaner to your home so you see the same person for each visit and they learn your routine. If your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday, we will inform you and discuss whether to send a replacement or reschedule your appointment.
Regular cleaning is priced per hour with a minimum number of hours per visit; the exact rate depends on your home and chosen frequency. You can cancel or reschedule a visit free of charge up to a set number of hours before the appointment; later cancellations may be charged (please see our booking page for the current conditions).
